Received order 11 days late, damaged. The pictures made it look like a new item and there was no description of it on the listing as being used. It was definitely used & damaged. Was refunded and tried to reorder but shipping had doubled in price. Ordered again anyway and seller cancelled order. ??? At this point, almost a month has been wasted. Would not order from this seller!

Package arrive while I was on vacation, the item was not in the envelope and there was a rip in the package. The bubble wrap envelope was not sealed. I have had this happen in the past and have notified the postal service and they are attempting to locate. The seller was quick to mail and tried to securely mail the item.
