Perfect for my bedroom
I ordered this water dispenser and cooler for my bedroom and I'm not disappointed. Water is nice and cold and you can really taste the difference between tap water and filtered water. I will be using this dispenser over drinking tap water permanently. When I saw the item refurbished for 49 quid I was a little worried. However just opening the top of the box and seeing the packaging and almost brand new feel. I had no worries , it's the closest to brand new you can get. Love itI ordered this water dispenser and cooler for my bedroom and I'm not disappointed. Water is nice and cold and you can really taste the difference between tap water and filtered water. The cooler arrived quickly and is a good quality. Read the instructions before fitting the filter so you don't have to fish it out and splash water everywhere as I did! (The instructions are very clear, just need to actually read them). It cools the water to about fridge water temperature and keeps it ready for use. It is easy to use and easy to refill. I am drinking a lot more water after buying this cooler and as a result, I am having a lot less joint pain issues ~ Google the benefits of increased water intake, I was amazed.The cooler arrived quickly and is a good quality. Value for money compared to freezer based system
We were looking to buy a fridge freezer with a filtered water system combined but they were so expensive. We saved literally hundreds of pounds by purchasing the Chillswell water cooler and there was the added benefit that the freezer capacity was not compromised. Easy to operate and easy to clean, sturdy unit with a dial setting to record filter life. Excellent purchase.

Handy dispenser for a small office
It is a good product, useful, easy to handle, only one thing which trouble me is the spill tray, it should have been attached to the cooler somehow, because its loose, its keep falling on the ground. Beside this problem it does the job.
