The keyboard and trackpad are super clean, no sign that it's been used, not even one mark (may have been renewed during the refurbishing process). Some marks outside of the lid and bottom of the case which were expected and I don't care. The screen is ok.I have no comment on the battery, I didn't make a longer use.

The laptop I received was not in the condition described. I had big marks on the top left and several dead pixels/marks on the screen. Bluetooth was not working, seller said the devices dont have bluetooth - later found it was disabled in bios. The SSD quality was not great ~500MBPS read speed. Dont go for top speced version, get lowest one and upgrade yourself.Battery also reported more wear than 80%.This is a used laptop, not a refurbished one imoAll photos attached.

Customer stated the laptop had mulitple faults and wasn't happy with the condition, so we offered to collect the laptop and deliver a replacement at the same time. To our suprise the customer wanted a partial refund to resolve their issues. They stated that they had already setup the computer and did not want to swap the unit over, maybe the issues were not that bad? The laptop was delivered in two working days and in very good condition. I did have a battery issue at first, however thanks to the gracious support from newandusedlaptops4u, they sent me a replacement working battery and now the laptop is working perfectly fine.
