    The shirt did arrive in the condition described. However, it appears to have spent over a week in a St. Augustine, FL, post office. The tattered envelope in which the shirt was sent arrived to me inside a plastic bag that indicated it was "Rewrapped - Resealed in the U.S.P.S. There were also a couple of stickers on the bag that said "We apologize: This was found loose in the mailstream [sic] at the Jacksonville NDC." Fortunately, the shirt was also in a ziploc bag that protected it.
