    Fast service -- as advertised. However, I'm unsure if this is the real thing OR a counterfeit, based on packaging -- lack of company info. The actual company said it IS a counterfeit item; and they have a page to report counterfeits. I contacted them because another one -- a larger, "Giant" model -- I bought from a different seller broke the first time I used it -- screws pulled out. Soooo, as long as this continues to work and not break apart I'm happy. IF it does break, I'll let you know.
