Its still a shocker!
Ive been a fan of the halloween movies for a long time now and in my opinion, the first and second halloween are the best because they are the original containing the original actors Jamie Lee Curtis and Donald Pleasance. Following on from the first movie, the story continues with Laurie Straud and her battle to escape her psychotic serial killer brother Michael Myers. John Carpenter returns behind the directors chair to continue the story. Full of high suspense, gory blood shocking scenes as well as plot revealers, halloween II is a definite must have. I decided to buy it as Im trying to collect all 8 Halloween movies on dvd, and have just the 3rd, 4th and 5th left to buy. Flaws with the dvd is that it was poor quality..published by castle home entertainment..the picture looked as ... the same night he came back...again
Obviously it could never live up to the original, it lacks in suspense and terror but makes up for it with scares and blood, set on the same night, Michael continues to pursue his sister Laurie at a hospital where the doctors and nurses get slashed up if they get in his way, it all leads to a great finale with a satisfying end to the 'night of terrifying butchery'.

I haven't actually watched this film, I bought it for my son to complete his Hallowee'n collection. He was thrilled that I managed to find it for him on e-bay, as it seems to be unavailable almost everywhere else!
