    I have order 2 pair of springs and they sent me the wrong springs, 3 left one right. I have contact the seller plus sent picture of the springs. However seller dont trust my picture, so i decided to returned all items back to seller and get my refuned back. Process from the day of purchased till i get my refuned take amlost 4 weeks. I end up not getting my work done. I will never buy again.

    Like we said in our messages, we never go off of the bottom of the spring like you had sent an image of. We always go off of the top of the spring which is why I requested a second image. After receiving these springs back from you, we noticed that the manufacturer marked one of the springs black when it should have been red which we do apologize for. You were uncooperative when we were in fact trying to help you. This could have been handled sooner and quicker with just a simple image. Thanks

    Excellent replacement - easy install

    Swapping out the old style Genie Wall Remote for this control was quick, easy and a nice upgrade! The old remote simply stopped functioning. It was serviced by a tech when he did maintenance on the garage door but the thing was nearly 15 years old - not worth saving. This replacement is a better design - I like the big lit button for opening/closing the garage door. No mistaking that. The door lock feature was a nice upgrade from the original. Installing took approximately 5 minutes. The only difficulty is reading the markings for the two connection screws. They are legible but difficult to read because they aren't printed but apparently lightly stamped onto the circuit board. That said, it only took me a few seconds and a bright light to ascertain which was which and get the ...

    Basic functions, LiftMaster has Genie beat

    The only reason I went with this unit is because our new build came with Genie products. Builder installed a momentary doorbell push button ILO a genie item because of the cost. The LiftMaster products I've had in the past offer more features for the same price. Wifi connectivity, temp reading, the lock out feature actually disables the wall switch itself, motion sensing etc. This button is just a glorified door bell button but I knew that going in. Just my chance to rant and praise LiftMaster.

    Great find for an older garage door opener

    For an open box product, never quite know what you’ll find. But this is perfect. As described. Essentially brand new. The two wire connection works perfectly... no issues with lighting, back light or operation of door.

    Update

    This is a great wall control unit. I had an old out of date that had just one button that needed replaced and this new genie wall remote is exactly what I needed. It has much better features like lock control and a button to turn on the light if needed when ur just in the garage. Also the red light lit is cool and helps at night when needed to push the button to open the garage. If u have a genie garage unit this wall remote is a must.

    Great Series 2 Replacement.

    I had the original two button and slider wall console and this one wired right in place of it and has a nice big light up button that is very easy to see in the dark. Almost didn't even need the included instructions. Also includes instructions for programming the remotes in a little side pocket..
