Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual colour of the item, although we guarantee the style is the same as shown in the pictures. Please allow a difference in measurements. From time to time we test the products ourselves to make sure they are in full working order before being sent out. Thus, packaging may be opened but rest assured this does not reflect the condition of the item. Please be aware that if your product was opened, this was for testing purposes only and not for personal use.
 
 
 
RETURNS/REFUNDS
 
1. You must contact us by email if you wish to return the item(s) to us, or if there is a fault with your order. Please choose the topic I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message in your eBay Purchase History to tell us your problem and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
 
2. You have the right to return your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received back to us within this time, unless we have notified you otherwise. 15% + 50p per transaction will deduct from the refund unless the reason for return was due to a mistake on our part. In such a case, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
 
3. We can only accept returned items that are unused and in the original packaging as it was sold. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge, in some cases there may be a 20% restocking fee. If preferred, we can of course exchange the item for the equal amount originally paid.
 
In order for us to process your refund swiftly, please provide your eBay ID, address, and order ID inside your package, along with a note explaining the reason for return and/or the nature of any fault(s).
 
4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, the buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable and only refundable where goods are faulty or wrongly received, where the fault is on our part. We do not accept returns for our second hand/used items so please look carefully before purchasing as refunds cannot be issued after buying.
 
5. For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 2 days and we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.
 
6. If you have not received your item by your estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately via eBay messaging and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Some items are new unused stock. In some instances, a very small percentage of packaging may show some signs of transit with the occasional box having been opened. We guarantee that this does not reflect the items stated condition. Some of the items you purchased may have original packaging altered/removed to fit our posting requirements. PAYMENT
 
We accept PayPal payment only. Please pay within 24 hours of purchasing so we can ship the item out to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to relist any stock that has not been paid within the given time frame.
 
 
 
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
 
We use a variety of couriers; please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Although on your order details it may state a specific courier, please be aware that this may not be the case and you might expect delivery from another courier than from the one stated. From time to time, couriers can incur unnecessary delays or unfortunately even lose the item upon transit. Sadly, this is out of our control once your item has been dispatched. If you require a faster service, you can select the most suitable shipping option on offer. For high valued items we usually use a different courier; please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Heavy/bulky items will cost more for delivery so please make sure you are aware of the correct delivery charges on the listing. We usually dispatch items within 1 working day after receiving payment. Our cut off time for dispatching items on the same day is 1pm, any purchases made after this time will be dispatched the following day. We only ship to your registered PayPal address. We do not ship internationally; this includes the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man. We only ship to the UK and Mainland. It has arrived and it is new and sealed as described. Description said there may be minor dents in box during transit, it looked like it had been sat on and squashed but the packaging was intact and it looked to have been wrapped that way.
