The game I bought arrived in good time, was well packed, and booted up and played fine. However, after I got about an hour in, I reached a cutscene that would freeze while playing. I couldn't get any further, and the game was essentially unplayable. I contacted the seller about the issue and was issued a refund for the order the next day. It's the sort of problem that can happen with used games. I don't blame the seller at all, and the experience was still a positive and professional one.
