Took over 10 days for delivery. After I reached out the seller explained a family emergency - read their history of negative reviews with the same reasoning. I like to believe people but felt it was an excuse that has been used a lot so the idea of truth is not 100%. Seller then asked ‘if I still want it they can ship now’ and I didn’t respond in time and was still sent out without my response.

Hi -don’t normally respond but just wanted to give background. Just before Christmas my mother was diagnosed with terminal Ca which obviously hit us hard. Since there I’ve had a times I’ve had to rush to see her (live away). I’m sorry I made you wait - absolutely would have given you a refund through the comms if you were happy. I don’t know quite what else I could have done given the circumstances.
