The EGR valve and cooler was in superb condition, like new. The seller (Chaney22) had refurbished the item and the workmanship was to the highest standard. The photo in the advert exactly matched the item. I've fitted the EGR valve in my van and it has performed well so far (almost 1000 miles driven), with no issues at all. The packaging was also excellent, with this somewhat fragile item very neatly wrapped in insulation materials. Excellent service all round. Thank you. 5*
