At least 2 of the bars had melted and been left to harden BEFORE being put in the box, the weather hadnt been hot enough to melt them in the box. 1 bar was partially crushed but the box was immaculate so, again, this had been put in the box in this state. I contacted the seller but was not given a resolution, other than they would refund the cost of 1 bar!! When sending chocolates in the post, during hot weather, sometimes this does happen, most of our lovely customers are understanding and appreciate us trying to rectify this despite it being outside our control. We hope you will be more understanding to other small businesses in the future.
