Following purchase, item did not arrive. I sent seller a message asking when delivery was expected and was advised that seller was awaiting packaging help from partner but would be done in next couple of days. No item, no communication. Sent another message, no response. Finally contacted Ebay to intervene requesting item be sent not refund. Ended up with refund. Very unsatisfactory, wasted a lot of time. Communication minimal to nothing and only when prompted.
