- a***w (243)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseBe forewarned that the cable is short if using it on a 7" or larger quad. Ideal for the typical 5" and smaller quad. I just snipped, and extended the wiring to suit my needs. This is a great way to power the GoPro 10 bones without soldering. It is NOT connected across all cells in 6S electrically (it just uses the first 4 cells, so your battery will be discharged unevenly, but it is negligible during a 5 minute flight). The BEC in the GoPro Bones is rated to 6S but it is always good to have head room in case of voltage spikes. A GoPro 11 will use less than 5mAh a minute per cell. On a 5 minute flight cells 5 and 6 will be 25mAh higher, which is nothing really. GoPro battery consumption is so minimal you won't notice the difference. The cable length is ideal for most pilots, if you have a larger frame and don't want to modify the cable I'd recommend an XH extension.
