I bought several markers from one seller. I paid for the delivery of each one individually. They sent me all the markers in one envelope. I'm trying to re-buy markers. Again, you have to pay for the delivery of each marker separately. I asked the seller why, by sending several markers in one envelope, do you charge for postal services separately for each marker? You send me all the markers in one envelope. After receiving my message, the seller increased the payment for postal services 2-3 times

Thankyou for your feedback. You had a satisfactory resolution to your complaint, you decided to cancel and was given a full refund. on your previous order I will admit you was charged incorrectly. My normal postage fee is £1.75 whether you buy one or twenty markers from me.
I have never overcharged anyone. The cost of each envelope is added to the £1.55 postage fee as I DO NOT include postage in any of my prices. It is much fairer not to include the postage price in the price of each marker.
