    Well made / robust, better than some 230v / 240v or 110v counter parts. Good product all round.

    Works very well being 12 volt, heats up quickly, great for vehicle use and model making as DC supply do's not induce interference to low voltage electronic components.

    Great product for small electrical jobs when mains electricity is unavailable.

    So far this 12volt soldering iron does its job of melting solder for small electrical jobs on my boat. Very handy to have this facility from a 12 volt supply.
