The vendor was very kind, and realized when making tje items that there were some marks on the fabric that she had not previously seen or reported. She offered a full or partial refund. I appreciate her honesty and consideration. The item is still in the UK (vendor does not ship to the US) and will be sent by a family member on the UK so I haven't seen it yet, but I think the vendor is very fair and communicated issues brilliantly.
