I received the wrong item. I contacted the seller with a photo of a full bottle and they said to initiate a return through Ebay, which I did and sent the return. I received my refund through Ebay automatically and now the seller is accusing me of using the product and asking for part of the refund back. I'm hoping they don't try to charge me through Ebay or Paypal. Proceed with caution purchasing from this seller.

The amount was lower than brand new amount. So I sent the message.
I understand that you are not happy about this situation. But as I told you first message, I have no idea why it happened. When normally make a list for sale, I do see actual product and type a word. Anyway, I totally understand that you are not happy about.
