After accepting an offer I made on the coat, the seller closed my purchase. when I did pay full price for the item, I received the item, it wasn't washed and covered in stains and dirt! Still no response to me from seller. would not recommend this seller.

Looking back at my previous feedback you can see I am a good Ebay Seller. I'd suffered badly with Covid at the time of the sale and relied on someone else to pack and post the item. I am sure after a wash the item looks brand new and most people do wash second hand items before using. The item was described as used and I also did offer you a refund. I am sorry for this situation but, I would understand if I was the buyer. Maybe next time buy new if that is the standard you're looking for.
