      Buyer was refunded. When the shipping couldn't go through Ebay's international hub (which I stated as a condition) and the cost to ship to UK was $26.00 - which I was still going to proceed with the sale. It was the international forms and codes that I wasn't willing to invest MORE time into how to fill them out properly. So I issued a refund with explaination, thinking the message would get to Cindy. Sadly, now I know it wasn't. Since then, I have changed my listing so that they stay domestic.
