    It gives the beginner boxer some great information

    I had this book many years ago. It was the one that actually lead me to White Collar Boxing(WCB), as well as Boxing itself. I'm 63 and I'm getting back into Boxing but for more fitness than actual Boxing. Although, I may make an appearance at a WCB event, once in awhile. This book gives really helpful tips and instruction on boxing. It IS worth the value. Peter Sabo
