Product and description I can’t fault. However, found the seller to be unhelpful. Ordered click and collect, when it hadn’t come in the time frame I asked for a tracking number. It had been delivered 2 days previous. When I asked about the barcode the seller said he didn’t know about that. I asked if they sent with the ECP number attached and no reply. Went to shop today and it wasn’t on there and they we’re going to return to sender today so I was lucky. Seller could do better customer service.

Interesting perspective. Or - product without fault, description without fault, delivered quickly, gave you tracking number, contacted eBay today on your behalf today to remedy ECP issue and you picked up item with ease no doubt with ID as I suggested. Might I suggest you get your items delivered to where you actually live and then all these issues disappear .....
