Item was very impressive, well made and constructed. This item was purchased as a gift to replace an outdoor clock bought from another company which rusted a week after being put outside and was not fit for purpose. I have high hopes with this one as looks beautiful and much more substantial.
It arrived and was packaged so well with lots of packing material to avoid damage and was despatched very quickly. Very impressed with the communication throughout and over all a excellent transaction.

Item very good very quick delivery. Only one problem with the packing as you will see from the photos. The packing was ridiculous and very disappointing could have done some serious damage to the postman as the clamp were sticking out of the box.

The colour advertised and shown isn’t what I received. Poor customer service and they choose to question what I was saying re the colour difference - no offer of a refund either. It cost me another £10 for spray paint and still no offer of refund. I had a party the weekend I received it and it was the last mirror to go on my mirror gallery. I couldn’t send it back. I explained this. They want me to send mirror back freshly painted !! WTH. (Second picture is what I received )
