Said the Box and Tub are the same weight when not as 15kg is nowhere near 30kg. Waste of time and sent back and got a refund. Will not use again. We rectified and paid for the return postage and offered a replacement which you declined. We made a mistake and fixed it so I find this feedback well below the belt.

When the product was sent a second time the delivery company did not notify me and I assumed it had been lost again. However, a quick message to Beth resolved the issue. She sent me a photo of the parcel which had been (too) well hidden behind a bin! The updates and replies were very swift and I really want to praise their customer care.
