First laptop arrived with a dead pixel, they arrange for drop off of a replacement and collection of the unit with a dead pixel. The replacement unit had hardware failure upon initial powering on. Then proceeded to blue screen and boot loop. Another return and replacement was arranged. The third unit is fully functioning, however the case was covered in a sticky substance all over. Someone had obviously tried to remove sticky residue from a sticker, but just spread it around.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
