The worst seller I have communicated with in 20 years of using eBay I did not receive my item and got charged for the "privilege" avoid this seller like the plague.

hi you order the item and did not supply the personalisation nor the photo we sent 2 messages requesting this you sent the photo then 2 days later you sent the personalisation text after 230 after parcel collection then you demanded that you receive your item the next day (Saturday) bank holiday weekend even though you had the free delivery option please explain who is been unreadable you were rude to the point we gave a partial refund just keeping enough to cover the cost of what was done.

This company is very helpful in getting your design to the printable stage and the product itself is of a reasonably good quality. Once the item was received however, communication response times to discuss further requirements or possible orders is very delayed if non existent. To get them to talk to you again you need to actually place another order.
Other than that a good banner.
