Seller failed to disclose damage to item (crack) both in pictures and description - damage did not look recent and was a result of excessive wear. When questioned, seller said it was inspected and no damage found before posting. Asked seller if he was suggesting the damage happened in transit, he said no it was well packed. Which it was. Seller tried to call it 'bad luck' that the damage was not visible in the listing. I disputed this as it seems too convenient and was refunded with no comment.
