    Get up off that sofa!

    I have always found her videos to be easy to follow and this is no exception.It has a longer warm up and aerobics section than some of her other videos. It has subtitles option as well. I would recommend.

    Inspiring

    I love doing this . I was reluctant at first as i was not sure i could keep up so i played the video through first. After that it was a case of choosing options and levels of exercise i thought i could manage and i surprised myself. There are different levels of difficulty to follow and this is explained clearly throught the programme. Suitables for all ages and all levels of fitness. It is making such a difference to my life and i feel fitter and have more energy. I would highly recommend it
