Attention here people! This item (replacement part) never worked, and I do not recommend it to anyone, it seems like this isn't good quality, perhaps it is defective too, and it didn't (work) spin at all!! It just doesn't work!!!

If there is an issue with an item, please contact us so that we can make it right. This buyer never contacted us or we could have helped. Sounds like the PS2s laser is dead. If the laser is bad, the ps2 thinks there is no disc in the system and it will not spin. Replacing the motor will not repair your PS2 if the laser is bad.

After discussing the issue with the seller, a replacement deck was sent out immediately at no additional cost. The replacement deck worked perfectly and I am very happy with the end result.
