Received defective item,poor quality,a replacement has been sent,but arrived defective as well.Very poor quality control,seller made me feel like it's my fault that I'm unhappy, tried to convince me that they sent perfect item, manipulated playing good seller,but in fact blocked me as a buyer( see photo) why is that? Because I am unhappy with defective rubbish? I take it as a personal offence which affects my health and wellbeing.It stressed me a lot.

Hi Hanna - I have noted that you haven’t shown the image of the crushed box delivered by the courier which caused a chip in triple moon burner, nor did you mention that you had your money back for ALL orders?? I have also noted you failed to mention that the replacement was a different design all together to the one you originally purchased which was the pentacle burner that you claim was defective due to the pentacle not being in the correct position ? We did everything we could to help
