    Good Repair Manulal For The Money

    The terminology and procedures are written for the do-it-yourselfer. They even tell you when you can make or use an aternative tool to the one specified by the factory repair manual. Most of the systems in the automobile that even an advanced do-it-yourselfer would tackle are in this manual. Sometimes the organization of numbered repair sections and numbered photos can get a little confusing, and the pictures corresponding to the text are not always on the same page as the text. The black and white photographs of the repair procedures vary a lot in quality. Some are clear as a bell, others are a little fuzzy and or poorly lit for showing detail. Overall I recommend this manual for the mid level to advanced do-it-yourselfer. This in not my first Chilton Auto Repair Manual, so knowing ...

    Easy, concise, and full of pictures, this manual will walk you through most every needed vehicle repair. It will even tell you when something is just a job for the pros. Great illustrations and direction.

    Repair manual

    Chilton's is more helpful than a Hayes repair manual cause in a Haynes repair guide you usually have to refer to a certain page for multiple problems. Great guide very helpful when fixing parts on a cobalt or similar products by GMC Been using Chiltons for years for all my cars
