    Road Trip Sequel Takes a Wrong Turn

    I loved the first film so thought for sure I would like the second. At first, I did - the first 30 minutes are pretty good, as we are reunited with the guys from the original movie and learn a little more about them. It's all good until the pandering begins, leaving us little doubt that we're in the 21st century. The boys wind up in a soul joint and the movie becomes obsessed with Latitia and Jamal - a prolonged and painful misstep from which it never recovers. I couldn't even finish the film. Alas...
