Was to small because I didn't know what size I wear but still very nice but wasn't very heavy like I expected I think it's hollow still solid gold but the weight didn't seem right to me with something that size should of still weighed 3gs or more but only weighed 1.24gs so buyer beware on that part you're definitely paying for the design and not the scrap weight.

Once I learned they send it to a third party authenticator(that Ebay pays for) to verify it is true to the listing I was impressed. It arrived carefully packaged to avoid being damaged in shipping. Lastly, the rope chain that I ordered from NuraGold was the perfect weight and diameter that they claimed when I purchased it. Very nice piece of jewelry and very satisfied with it.

Chain was new and exactly as ordered. Receipt is poor bc it is a generic receipt - does not list actual length, width and weight of the chain you ordered. I had to go online to retrieve all the info to check that I had actually received what I ordered. It was correct. The chain cost approx $200 yet I didn’t have to sign for it, nor was it sent USPS Priority. It was received safely. I would recommend this chain for a child or teenager. That was my reason for purchase. Very satisfied

This is a beautiful chain. I had to exchange it at no fault of the seller, I just decided I wanted a heavier weight chain. I would deal with this seller again in a heartbeat! They answered texts very promptly and cheerfully refunded the price of the original chain. My refund came in about 3 days and my new purchase came the day after that! Talk about prompt!
