I was pleased with my previous iPhone 6S but it was time for a change and I’m pleased I made that change and I bought from eBay. I don’t think I would have got it any cheaper anywhere else.

I have switched to the iPhone 11 from an old Samsung Galaxy S6. I can't believe how much faster this phone is and how much slicker and robust iOS 13 seems compared to Android. Battery life is awesome and I only need to charge it every 3rd day so far. I find the screen is great too, despite many other reviews saying it is behind most others in spec. The iPhone is a bit heavier, but I'm already getting used to that and much prefer it generally.
