Apart from, that the damage was larger to that shown in the photos on-line, the kettle supplied came from THREE different boxes, i.e.THREE DIFFERENT Serial Numbers!! I also made the comment to the Seller that I wondered what our local trading Standards Office would make of what had been supplied. His reation was to offer a return label so that I could obtain a re-fund. That was too late as the kettle was already in use elsewhere. At no time did I get any explanation or apology!!

Crispiest toast.
This is not the fastest toaster I have used but it certainly makes the crispiest toast ever. It has a lovely finish so if you have a mix of polished and stainless finishes in your kitchen it will not look out of place. It is quite a large toaster so ideal if you have a lot of countertop space. Looks much more expensive than it was.

Sadly, the only downfall from this toaster is that it doesn't Toast a full slice of bread. You have to cut 2 slices in half and use the four slots. Lovely even browning but falls down on the size it accepts.
