this seller is a scammer, he/she upload a photo that is not of the actual item and list items with description that does not match the actual item and he/she is fully aware of this, than when you receive the item he/she offers a 10% refund and ask you to keep the item and he tells you that he is aware that the item sent is not the actual item of the picture, this is a real scammer and ebay should investigate this seller , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
