Speed up your laptop by replacing its slow, clunky hard drive with the OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-120G SSD. This is a solid-state drive with a storage capacity of 120 GB. Compared to a regular hard drive, the OCZ Agility 3 SSD has no spinning parts and runs quietly. It also runs cooler and more efficiently. However, the major advantage of SSDs like the Agility 3 over hard disk drive is their faster speeds. This device uses a SATA 3 interface and hits read speeds as high as 525 Mbps and write speeds up to 500 Mbps. With a form factor of 2.5 inches, the storage drive can fit into any laptop with a SATA II or SATA 3 interface. The shock-resistant drive only consumes 2.7 W at peak performance.

    Good compatibility with older systems

    This particular model is known for very good compatibility with older computers (Power PC Macs and also older UNIX machines - but they may require an adapter). I use it in such manner, too.

    Increased PC speed no end

    Using as my Primary drive, what a speed increase, it works as advertised. Excellent value, would be even better if it was a bit cheaper, but that is the going price. The SATA III is a great assett and makes full use of the solid state technology

    Better Performance on affordable price

    Up till now - works perfect! The speed of the machine is sensitively increased! Definitely, I recommend this product for upgrades - the speed is higher, the weight is lower, lower power consumption MacBooc Pro - Intel core 2 Duo, 2,8 GHz
