Couldn't be happier! Chose this seller because of length of time on ebay and good reviews and here is another one! Laptop is great, arrived very well packed. Had a small issue with delivery (courier's fault not the seller) and the seller responded to my query very quickly having spoken to the courier, and offered to refund postage cost immediately. Laptop was ready for set up from the moment I lifted the lid, easiest transisition I've ever had on a new to me device. Highly recommend this seller!

purchased the item as wanted more info. They responded back with what I wanted to hear , though it was just a load of boloney!! BUT This product came very well packaged .
Even though it was advertised as keyboard not working and parts only . The item came and looks like new , well please with it as don't need a keyboard .
