Wrong plant apparently sent, when I queried/complained, they replied the same day within a few short hours and refunded me completely. It almost made me feel guilty for querying/ complaining, have to say superb service, can't fault it, these folk are genuine and apart from sending the right plant as advertised in the first place, they have been truly excellent, I promised truthfully unbiased feedback and so here it is.I hope to deal again, although wether the feeling is mutual I can only hope

This company sent me a plant,in a box,that had at least ten inches without any packing. Needless to say that when it arrived all the top groth was damaged. I asked them to take it back and all they did was quote me their terms and conditions. They try to trade regardless of the trades descriptions act. The worst plant company I have ever dealt with.
