Not a usual transaction but the seller went above and beyond. I ordered these-promptly shipped via USPS. Seller reached out proactively on delivery, followed up several times, no package. Suggested I should file for a refund-was refunded the price plus shipping. About two weeks later the package showed up at my door. Seller would only accept the item price not shipping. All good and I love the plaques-very carefully packaged and in great condition. Seller is EBay gold standard in my book!
