No cartridges. No print head. Cost to replace missing parts about £800 if you can get them. costs less to buy a new one from Currys who will give you a guarantee and £300 cashback. I sent a question to the seller asking if the parts were included but got no answer. Until the missing parts are replaced, there is no way of finding out if it actually works. It does light up. If you like a challenge, this is the one to buy. Fair play, the descrition was 100 per cent correct.

Seller very attentive and helpful before sale. Unfortunately, printer arrived with physical damage caused by lack of packaging materials (there was none- just the very heavy printer in a box) and/or courier mishandling (printer was delivered on its side due to no instruction on which way to transport/handle and had been opened for a "security check" ). This damage includes a power button which is permanently pushed in and other more minor issues (ink drawer not being able to close, etc).
