I've used this seller twice (loved both times). Items were as described and reasonably priced. My package got lost during shipping. I reached out to the seller, and they responded promptly stating they had fixed the concern. I've lost packages before and been told by sellers they can't do anything for me. As promised, the tracking updates started to appear again and I did receive the package 2-3 days later. Overall, this was an incredibly positive experience.

The item arrived in a very timely fashion, it was exactly as advertised, and was WELL WORTH the total cost.
There was an issue with the item, but it was NOT the fault of the seller, it was something the seller would not
have had any real reason to anticipate. The original manufacturer included the 9V back-up battery ALREADY INSTALLED in the unit. After the approximately 25 years the unit remained sealed in its original box, the battery
decomposed, destroying that area of the device.

The Easter plate I received was exactly as described. It is a beautiful vibrant plate with Easter eggs on it. It came quickly and wrapped well so nothing was broken. The seller was easy to work with. I would work with this seller again.
