Dear Thomas Larkin, We never had a comment like this and the instrument is as described and this is the standard type for these instruments. The scale length is mentioned in the description with the exact specification which should be enough to clarify what the instrument is. We have also checked with many players and music teachers who have bought these from us so, we don't understand how you didn't realise this.

They called me to inform that some minor defect on the base of the harp will cause delay in shipping and gave options to get different harp in great quality too if I couldn’t wait but I chose to wait. I was little worried that it wouldn’t arrive in time but as soon as the harp was shipped, it took only 1 week and deliver as promised. The shop is very helpful, responsive and reliable.
