Advertised As New fridge with damaged box. They delivered a badly dented fridge, no damage to box so was obviously despatched in this state. Inside box is marked REJECTED!! so was obviously being resold without being inspected. My 85 year old Mum does not need this upset. Waiting 24 hours for response to emails. Customer Service is dire. Have asked numerous times for exchange. No response. Very irresponsible company who show no empathy for their customers and no interest in putting it right
