Ok, I got this item quick delivery, great tablet but unfortunately the key board had a fault it happens.. BUT contacted them on the number they provided with the tablet, got straight through to a 'HUMAN BEING' issue resolved, replacement on it's way next day, just re-package original, affix return code hand to driver as he hands you the replacement BEST customer service I have experienced in years highly recommend this seller/company A1 Service Thank you..
