All tools are stored in the top and the battery, bottom easily lifts off for emptying (Obviously do it over a bin) Easy to carry, and compact yet a large capacity Much more useable than the handheld versions on the market Even takes the monster 12ah battery !! Most of all I was shocked by the sheer power of this portable 18v tool!! You need to keep the filter clean obviously and it will run forever Every workman needs one on the van or even to clean it out at a weekend ha ha Oh did I mention it’s also a wet vac !! Ok, but could be better
As a piece of kit it’s quite useful, but there are a few qualifications: limited effectiveness as an extractor - very much depends on the tool: jigsaw 3/5, circular saw 2/5, not tried others. Bend in the flex hose as it enters causes it to block easily and the whole thing only good for dust & small particles - blocks with shavings or larger particles. Ok on hard floors, but not much on carpet - could use a brush attachment. Suction head is push fit with very short connector tube; hard to hold and keeps falling off if you don’t. Limited runtime with 5ah battery - about 12mins on full suction tails off for another 7 or 8 on progressively reduced effectiveness. A neat package, but can’t compete with a ‘proper’ vac. Warranty registration useless: website would not accept code for this machine ... Great cleaner, decorating at the moment and for picking up plaster and all the rubbish that goes with it can’t fault it. Light, easy to use powerful, so a 5ah battery lasts about 40 mins. All said great bit of kit
