I'm not in the least worried about negative feedback because you lied.
In one of your messages to me, you said that you had to pull out of a planned charity event because the helmet you purchased from me didn't arrive in time. In your subsequent refund request to eBay you said "seller took too long sending item, had to buy somewhere else" Therefore, you didn't pull out the event, therefore you lied.
I've issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill and am expecting the helmet be returned ASAP.
