The seller did ship the item and it was as the seller described, sadly due to shipping / UPS the server/item arrived unusable and was destroyed. I communicated with the seller multiple times, and after a week really got nowhere. I am returning the item to Ohio and seeking my refund via Ebay. The damage was not the sellers fault... the item was packed loosely in foam... it was 2 drops from good height while in UPS's care that the damage occurred... :(

    The Dell E6420 business machine laptop

    Great laptop, Dell makes good products, buy with confidence as these are a true business machine, has a cast alum' frame that prevents warping, motherboard and other stays where is should and solid. These are a little heavier because of this but well worth the trouble, you get what you pay for. I've used these machines for years, as dependable as it gets. 1883warren

    Great Laptop

    I am using 2 of this type of laptop with Steinberg Cubase 5. I use 1 laptop for MIDI Sequencing, and 1 laptop for Audio Recording. The laptops work great. If you use a lot of Windows 7 software, this is a good laptop. - Timothy John Helland (Seattle, Washington, USA)

    Dell e6420 laptop

    I booted it up and was using it immediately. Boots up in seconds, very fast. Used, refurbished unit, Mine was like new and had a good battery. I really like this laptop and quit using my old one, once I got this one set up.

    A literal Tank

    This is just genuinely a good laptop for college, or casual gaming. I've used it for adobe applications, played GMOD (source engine game) on it without any issues, and it's bulky (I like bulky). Almost spent 200-300$ on some HP laptop from Walmart and tbh fam I'm glad I went with this one, it's cheaper and still does what I need.
