Item arrived defective. The changing bag arrived without the zip for the compartment.
Messaged to advise them and they said they would check for a replacement to send out, and if there wasn't then they would consider a small refund. They would message within a day to let me know.
We are now a week since I messaged and they are not responding at all to any messages! Very very disappointed as bag looks great, and this is hassle I can do without whilst having a newborn!

Looks a nice rotary airer, I am waiting for the current terrible weather to ease up before installing it. Arrived 9 days late thanks to Evri, and it was intervention by Ebay that got things moving. The seller was not helpful, when I advised them it was a week late, they just resent the tracking number, despite me having emailed to say the tracking had not changed for 5 days.
