I ordered these PSB Speakers M4U 2 Headphones and they arrived very quickly. However they were damaged on arrival. Initially the seller didn’t want to offer me a refund, just a £30 partial refund for repair/inconvenience.
I don’t believe that the item was sent knowingly damaged but was surprised by the seller not offering a full refund when made aware that they were damaged. Luckily for me the pictures on the listing showed the damage (a crack in the headband) and a full refund was then given.
